Prototyping phase
When specifying product requirements and standards, JARRINO' R&D department initiates early quality planning to proactively address potential issues in new products.
Production stage
The stage involves material testing before production, standardized processes in production testing, and extensive testing types on finished products.
Post-production
After products are launched into the market, the feedback of product quality is tracked. This helps establish a rapid market response mechanism to optimize product quality and enhance customer satisfaction.
Before Manufacturing
Raw Material Test
Before production starts, the quality control center will sample and test the raw materials. JARRINO' testing standards are higher than the quality requirements of the EU and Japan.
