1. What is your minimum order quantity (MOQ)?
Our MOQ is usually 200 pieces. However, we also accept small trial orders. Please let us know the quantity you need, and we will calculate the cost accordingly. We hope that after you have inspected the quality of our products and understood our services, you will place a larger order.
2. Can I request some samples?
Of course. We usually provide existing samples free of charge. However, custom designs will incur a small sample fee. The sample fee is refundable after the order reaches a certain quantity. We usually send samples via FedEx, UPS, TNT, or DHL.
3. What is the sample delivery time?
For existing samples, it takes 3-5 days. For your own design, it takes 5-7 days.
4. How long is the production lead time?
The production lead time for MOQ is 15-30 days. We have strong production capacity and can guarantee fast delivery even for large orders.
5. What file format do I need if I want my own design?
We have our own in-house designers. You can provide files in JPG, AI, CDR, or PDF formats. We will create 3D models of molds or screen printing based on your process requirements for final confirmation.
6. How many colors are available?
We use the Pantone color matching system. Simply tell us the Pantone color code you need, and we can match the color for you. Alternatively, we can recommend some popular colors.
7. What types of certifications do you need?
Our products have passed ISO, CE, and BSCI certifications, and our factory has also passed the audit of the BSCI third-party inspection agency.
8. What are your payment terms?
Our usual payment terms are a 30%-50% deposit upon order signing, and the balance before shipment.
9. Do you provide OEM development services?
Yes, we have extensive experience in OEM, and orders are welcome.
