How to use vacuum flask for health care

Maintaining good health has never been a complicated ritual. A handy thermos can be a great helper for women to balance their body and mind. For busy urban women, drinking the right kind of water anytime, anywhere from a vacuum-insulated bottle is far more practical than resorting to expensive supplements.

When you wake up in the morning, dont rush to check your phone. Instead, use your thermos to fill a cup of warm water at 35-40°C. After eight hours of sleep, your body is slightly dehydrated. This warm water gently stimulates intestinal peristalsis and promotes the excretion of stool—like injecting fresh water into a dry riverbed, revitalizing the metabolic cycle. Adding a little salt to the water can help soften stool due to osmotic pressure, but remember that only the amount of salt needed is enough; too much can actually strain your kidneys.

During your work breaks, use your thermos to make some simple health-promoting tea. For those who sit for long periods, brew a cup of longan and red date tea: shell three longans and split two red dates, then simmer in boiling water for 10 minutes. Drinking it warm can warm the blood and relieve cold hands and feet from prolonged sitting. Three days before your period, switch to brown sugar and ginger tea. The constant warmth from the thermos allows the gingerol to fully release, helping to relieve abdominal distension. Note that only one or two slices of ginger are needed to avoid irritating the stomach.

For afternoon tea, try rose and goji berry tea. Combine five dried roses with ten goji berries, pour over boiling water, and simmer for five minutes. The roses fragrance can soothe the liver and relieve depression, making it especially effective for calming stress. The beta-carotene in goji berries is more readily released when soaked in warm water, and the constant temperature of a thermos allows for a slow release of nutrients. Remember not to use boiling water directly on the roses; a water temperature around 60°C will better preserve the anthocyanins.

Two hours before bedtime, brew a cup of Chinese jujube kernel tea in a thermos. Take 10 grams of roasted Chinese jujube kernels, crush them, add warm water, and simmer for 30 minutes. Drink when the temperature drops below 50°C. This can help relieve anxiety and improve sleep. Be careful not to lie down immediately after drinking; allow 15 minutes for the water to absorb initially to avoid waking up at night and disrupting your rest.

When choosing a thermos, prioritize 316 acier inoxydable, which is more corrosion-resistant and suitable for long-term brewing of flower and fruit teas. A suitable capacity is 350-500 ml, which is sufficient for half a days drinking while being lightweight and difficult to carry. Thoroughly rinse the tea container every night to prevent any residual tea residue from spoiling and harming your health.

In fact, the key to womens well-being lies in « subtle nourishment. » Theres no need to pursue complex procedures. Simply let the warmth and thoughtfulness of your thermos blend into your daily life, meals, and seasons, and a healthy state of mind will naturally emerge.
