What is your minimum order quantity (MOQ)?
For our standard in‑stock designs, the MOQ is typically 200 pieces per model/color. However, we fully support sample orders before bulk production. For fully custom designs (your own artwork, shape, or mould), the MOQ is usually 1,000 pieces or more. Please note that we always evaluate your specific project – including quantity, complexity, and target market – and will provide a tailored MOQ accordingly. Contact us with your requirements and we will find the most cost‑effective solution for you.
Can you sign a Non‑Disclosure Agreement (NDA) to protect my design?
Absolutely. We regularly sign NDAs with our OEM/ODM partners. Your sketches, drawings, and product concepts are kept strictly confidential. We will never share your artwork with any third party or sell your custom items to others. Simply request an NDA when you send your inquiry.
How do I get samples and what is the sample lead time?
1.ODM custom samples (logo, color, or design modification on existing models): A non‑refundable sample fee is charged, which is fully refundable once your bulk order reaches a certain quantity.
Lead time: 4–15 business days.
2.OEM fully custom samples (new mould, unique shape, full product development): A higher sample fee applies (refundable upon order placement). This covers mould development and engineering validation.
Lead time: 15-35 business days, depending on mould complexity and design requirements.
3.Shipping: Samples are sent via FedEx, UPS, TNT, or DHL. You may use your own carrier account or pay the freight via PayPal.
What file format do I need for a custom design?
Our in‑house design team accepts JPG, PNG, AI, CDR, PDF, and EPS. Vector files (AI / PDF / CDR) are preferred for best print quality. We will create a 3D rendering of the mould or printing effect for your final approval before production.
What payment terms do you accept?
– T/T (bank transfer): 30% deposit upon order confirmation, 70% balance against copy of Bill of Lading.
– L/C at sight for larger orders.
What is your production lead time?
Standard lead time for MOQ (200–1,000 pieces) is 7–25 working days. Thanks to our fully automated robotic production lines, we maintain fast delivery even for orders exceeding 50,000 pieces. Contact us with your specific quantity and design, and we will give you an exact delivery date.

Do you offer OEM / ODM services?
Yes. We specialize in full OEM (custom mould development) and ODM (modifying existing designs). Services include logo printing (screen, laser, sublimation), Pantone color matching, custom packaging, and private labeling.
Can I request a factory audit or third‑party inspection?
Certainly. We welcome BSCI audits, SGS, Intertek, or TÜV inspections. We can also provide a live virtual tour of our production lines upon request.
How many colors can you match?
We use the Pantone Matching System (PMS). Provide your Pantone code, and we will match it precisely. We can also suggest popular colors based on current market trends in North America and Europe.
What is your defect rate and quality control process?
Our in‑process defect rate is below 0.8%. We perform 100% visual inspection on all bulk orders, plus random checks for insulation performance, leak‑proof testing, and print adhesion. A pre‑shipment inspection report is available.
